What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9am to 6pm, 5 days a week. Weekends by appointment.

Do you offer overnight boarding for pets?

Yes, we offer overnight boarding for pets in our comfortable and secure facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of $50 dollars.
